Shipping policy

I put high priority on shipping your orders ASAP once I receive them. Orders ship in 1-2 business days. If there are any shipping pauses or delays they will be displayed at the top on my homepage.

USA: I offer free shipping on orders over $75 and a $6 shipping on orders less than $75 within the USA. I ship the most economical option through USPS, UPS or FedEx which have varying shipping speeds and can be up to 7 business days (but usually less). I also offer a priority shipping option which will arrive much faster (2-3 days) for an additional fee at checkout. Stickers ship for free within the USA. Sticker orders ship in envelopes and do NOT come with tracking information.

Canada: I offer standard shipping for $20 to Canada. Shipping times can vary and you will be provided tracking information. Please be aware there may be additional customs or import fees. You will be responsible for these fees if they occur with your local post. Check with your local post to see what fees may apply.

I pack orders fast (usually within 24 hours!) so you can start sewing as soon as possible. Tracking information is always provided to you.

I cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses (please review your address!), lost or stolen packages, or customs and import fees. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrectly entered address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-mail your package. Check with your local post to verify if any additional fees may apply to your package. Please note that economy USA destined packages may not be insured.

Quilt Batting Rolls: Quilt batting rolls are only available to customers in the USA (excluding AK and HI) and ship for free. If you would like to order batting rolls and reside in AK or HI, feel free to contact me for shipping costs. Quilt batting rolls ship from Virginia and may take up to 10 business days to ship. Tracking information will be provided.
