Shipping policy

I put high priority on shipping your orders ASAP once I receive them. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If there are any shipping pauses or delays they will be displayed at the top on my homepage.

USA: I offer free shipping on orders over $60 and a $5 shipping on orders less than $60 within the USA. I ship the most economical option through USPS or UPS which has varying shipping speeds and can be up to 7 business days (but usually less). I also offer a priority shipping option which will arrive much faster (2-3 days) for a small additional fee at checkout.

Canada: I offer standard shipping for $20 to Canada. Shipping times can vary and you will be provided tracking information. Please be aware there may be additional customs or import fees. You will be responsible for these fees if they occur with your local post. Check with your local post to see what fees may apply.

Australia: I offer standard flat rate shipping for $35 for orders up to $100 and $45 for orders over $100 to Australia. International shipping costs have increased so unfortunately I have had to increase my rates. Depending on the weight of your order, these rates may be a great deal for you. If you would like an actual shipping cost, email me prior to placing an order. Shipping time can vary and you will be provided a tracking number. Also be aware there may be additional customs or import fees. You will be responsible for these fees if they occur with your local post. Check with your local post to see what fees may apply.

Europe: Unfortunately I had to discontinue shipping to Europe until I fully understand and am in compliance with the new European Union’s General Product Safety Regulations.

I pack orders fast (usually within 24 hours!) so you can start sewing as soon as possible. Tracking information is always provided to you.

I cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses (please review your address!), lost or stolen packages, or customs and import fees. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrectly entered address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-mail your package. Check with your local post to verify if any additional fees may apply to your package. Please note that economy USA destined packages may not be insured.

Quilt Batting Rolls: Quilt batting rolls are only available to customers in the USA (excluding AK and HI) and ship for free. If you would like to order batting rolls and reside in AK or HI, feel free to contact me for shipping costs. Quilt batting rolls ship from Virginia and may take up to 10 business days to ship. Tracking information will be provided.
