Quilting Ruler

Use washi tape to mark your quilting rulers to the size you need. Just don't forget that you need to account for the seam allowance when cutting!

English paper piecing patterns often have acrylic templates you can purchase for making your cuts. These are great, durable templates that you can use over and over and won't loose their accuracy.

In lieu of using acrylic templates, you can use template plastic to make your own templates in any shape! This is much less expensive than buying acrylic templates but will be less accurate and may bend and fold over time.
